We show products, colours, and prices as accurately as we can.

Since our fur is natural, exact colour and texture vary a little from piece to piece — that’s the nature of real fur, not a fault.

Prices are in USD ($) and can change.

If we spot an error on an order, we’ll get in touch before processing it.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it’s confirmed once we accept it and email you.

5. Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Fur cut to your size and bespoke or customised jewellery are made specifically for you.

Once we start making them, these orders can’t be cancelled or returned unless they arrive faulty.

Please check your sizing and details before you confirm.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, usually within four to six weeks, with tracking once the order is on the way.

Free shipping applies on orders over $100.

Any import duties or customs charges in your country are your responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

In short:

  • Most items can be returned within 50 days in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Made-to-order and hygiene items are final sale.

8. Product Care

Natural fur needs specialist cleaning, so please don’t wash or tumble-dry it at home.

Patch-test cosmetics before first use.

We can’t be held responsible for damage caused by improper care.

9. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, House of Elaya isn’t liable for indirect or knock-on losses from using the site or our products.
