What are your fur products made from, and how are they sourced?
Our fur is real and natural, sourced from established suppliers. We don’t make animal-welfare claims about our fur. If you’d like details on a specific piece, email us and we’ll share what we can.
What do you sell?
Three things: real fur outerwear and clothing, certified fine jewellery, and cruelty-free cosmetics and fragrance.
Are your cosmetics tested on animals?
Never. Every cosmetic and fragrance we make is cruelty-free, so you get the high-end colour and finish without anything being tested on animals.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes, on our fur coats. After ordering, email your chest, shoulder, and sleeve measurements and we’ll make it to fit. Shape wear and hoodies use standard sizing — check the size chart on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Usually four to six weeks. We prepare each order properly rather than pulling it off a warehouse shelf, so it takes a little longer to reach you.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The moment it ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link to follow it to your door.
What’s your return policy?
You have 50 days. Send the item back unused and in its original packaging and we’ll refund you in full once we’ve checked it. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Made-to-order and hygiene items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email Info@houseofelaya.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the steps and the return address.
How do I care for a fur coat?
Specialist fur cleaning only no home washing or tumble-drying. Store it somewhere cool and breathable rather than sealed in plastic.
